Ok I signed up for this over a week ago, but I've been using dailyplate.com. What's convinced me to come back? Two things.
1) It seems everyone in my online support group is using it. 2) Your Blackberry app is free! Yes, I am cheap enough to change sites to save $2.99. It does suck I'm going to lose all the history there is on dailyplate.com - I might import my weight history even though obviously doing my food history is unlikely.
So here we go!
I started Atkins on February 2, 2011. I'm severely overweight, severely hypoglycemic, and right now thanks to lack of job and health insurance, an un-medicated bipolar person. Just a warning ^_^
