Atkins is working wonders. I'm always tired, but I don't plan on being on induction forever. I'm really excited about a 6 pound weight loss in 8 days, VERY MOTIVATING!
182.6 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
