I did not fall off this weekend. I feel like I really ate well and down 2lbs to show for it. yea! I did kenpo saturday and really put myself in it.
Today is the beginning of my recovery week so its yoga but baby woke up when i was going to start. hopefully do some tonight .
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
