During that hour, did you eat or drink anything? If so, they you were weighing whatever it was you took in. I weigh daily, first thing in the morning after using the toilet, in the nude! lol I wanna ONLY weigh ME! lol Now, if the weight fluctuates every time you get on the scale, seconds apart...either move the scale to a flatter area, or get a new one! lol

pick a time of day, I usually weigh in first thing as soon as I get out of bed, stick with it regardless, don't worry about anything less than a pound...relax, breathe

You need to weigh same time, same clothes, same scale, same everything to get the most accurate gauge of weight loss. I can wake up and weight at 5am and be one thing and weigh two hours later (after going back to bed) and weigh another. Our bodies have 60% water so it shifts constantly. If you weighed all day long, you would get different readings. All the food you eat and drink all day makes it shift. When you workout, you lose water weight through sweat and that can make the scales go down. Hard workouts can cause muscles to retain water and make the scale temporary go up. Sodium, hormones, etc. I like the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.

Here is the way I do it. Naked. Nothing to give that scale an oz. For the past two months I've seen it yoyo 211 to 207. Watching everything going into my mouth as well as going out me butt!! Amazing how that works. The walks, working out and stretches help being flexible. At 68 the accumulated extra pounds were my own doing for the past 10 years. To get it off in a couple of months is not going to happen. Been there many times. At this stage of my life I am grateful I wake each morning. Too many of my class mates are not in this past year. So with keeping my new healthy eating and the amount hopefully will reduce the pounds. I just want my knees and feet to feel better. I had my chance at looking like the glamour gals and I was there. Now I just want to be comfortable and not in pain. So my goal now is to get that weight off ounce by ounce. 165 here I come!!!
