Well, the 30-day 10-lb challenge is over, and I managed to lose around 2.5 pounds. I have a new philosophy to try out: Respect your body and health. I like that a lot.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 February 2014:
2278 kcal Fat: 121.46g | Prot: 98.08g | Carb: 202.83g.   Breakfast: Almonds, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Strawberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch: Pistachio Nuts, Apples, Great Value Frozen Broccoli Florets, Atkins Chicken Marsala. Dinner: Strom Products No Yolks Egg Noodles, Breakstone's Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, Pop Weaver Extra Butter Microwave Popcorn, White Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, Cooked Carrots, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Dark Chocolate Squares, Apples, Great Value Great Value Chewy Protein Bars. more...
