Wow...I'm down like 8 pounds in less than a week. It feels good to be stepping on my accurate scale and finally seeing it go DOWN rather than UP every morning. I was not gonna log my weight ever other day but with so drastic of losses I can't help but feel good about how I have been eating. I have been watching what I eat, counting everythingm while still being able to enjoy the things I love....CHEESE!!! ALthough my goal was to be on Medifast 100%, I have to wait until I buy enough food because BOTH me and my husband are doing this. So as of right now we both just eat 2 or 3 medifast foods a day and then eat dinner and a snack or 2. Therefore, our diet is incorporating medifast foods to stay on track and it is working out well.

Now, I am still waiting on my treadmill to arrive, but when it does I will be on a whole 'nother level of weight loss every other day. And I'm going for the sky...like 30 plus pounds lost EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!!! I can do it....
375.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 195.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats! I just started this adventurous journey, so I haven't seen a loss yet. Kinda excited for Saturday to come so I can weigh. I love that I can record everything, food and exercise from my computer and from my phone. Nothing like having the tools we need!
