Didnt actually weigh myself on the 19th, just guessed my starting weight, obviously underestimated!

Lost so far: 0.3 lb.
Still to go: 13.3 lb.

Dinner: garden peas tesco, Reduced fat thick cream, cherry tomatoes, Finest British chunky oven chips, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), white wine.
