Hi KT12: I am in the same boat: do SO well all day until dinner time, then go nuts. I think it is my "reward" for having made it through the day! So frustrating because all night and the next morning it is in my brain that I failed again. What I have done the last few weeks is plan and write down exactly what and how much I am going to eat the next day (including a morning and afternoon snack of 200 calories including both a healthy carb AND a protein). I write this plan as if I am doing this for another person, not myself, which seems - so far - to work for me. I even include a choice for the dinner dessert (the only choice I can have) which is a glass of red wine for dinner (not before), a fruit, or a half cup of lower cal ice cream. Oh, and lots of water all day especially when feeling like eating. Also chewing peppermint gum. Just some suggestions for you, although we are all different. S
