I have been avoiding logging my weight the past few days. Was 190's Monday, 188's yesterday, today leveled out at 189. I'm up.
I've earned it. Stress eating, happy eating, eating out, eating crap, I just EAT TOO MUCH and for reasons other than being hungry.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

same here;sounds just like me, although im logging my weight it doesn't seem to be going iin the right direction very fast. ive got to work on that, im right around 190 too. Good luck! maybe we can be buddies and help each other out.
