Last night I did well until 8:00 while watching a movie. I ate 2 servings of those lime flavored tortilla chips and added 300 calories, plus the fat and carbs, to my daily intake. I'll need to find an alternative snack for those times, such as sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try air popped popcorn. :) And maybe some carrots or something. The veggies will help fill you up. If I'm going to have chips I plan for it. Then only get one serving out of the bag and put them up. Because if i want more, then I have to stop the movie, get up, and go get them. And I'm less likely to eat more chips because the bag isn't near me. :) I hope you have a great day!!

Whole wheat, low carb tortillas, cut and lightly fried in EVOO and fat free "refried" beans...my favorite go to snack/light meal and it's so healthy!

I usually make some air-popped popcorn.. 3 tbsp of kernels is like 130 calories and that makes a ton of popcorn.. I feel like I'm eating a lot and I never make the serving size anyway. And if I want that butter flavor, I will use the I can't believe its not butter spray which has not calories, fat or anything but the butter flavor... its still some calories, but not nearly as much as the other snacks I used to have at night!
