Man, another 1.5 pounds lost in only 1 day. That's 6 pounds lost in 4/5 days? Again, amazing how much water weight we can hold.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
