Day 2 was pretty simple, but I just couldn't bring myself to eat chicken (already sick of it, and it's only day #2!). So instead I ate beef with broccoli. I think tonight I'll get a rotisserie chicken from Walmart, I always like those. I lost another 1/2 pound of water.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
