A good week of weight loss. Ran Tuesday, did cycling Thursday, and Birkham Yoga on Friday. Ate poorly on Saturday, but cut back Sunday. Now, I basically have 3 and 1/2 weeks to lose 4 pounds.

Lost so far: 12.0 lb.
Still to go: 19.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
