Well I took a couple of weeks off. Went on a great vacation & spent some time with my family & my sisters kids. It was wonderful & I didn't worry about being on a diet. My niece has always been heavy ( she is 14 ) so I decided not to make her feel bad on her Spring Break because I was dieting & her feeling like she needed to. Better to show her that life does not have to be about weight & diets & feeling bad because she drank a Mountain Dew ( although I told her all that sugar was horrible for her teeth & it was the last one she was drinking in front of me lol ) No regrets, no worries. I feel good about my weight today.
