So, I finally decided to update my weight since I gained some back over last year. Not a pleasant sight but important to do to help myself stay motivated.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel ya! I finally did the same after my holiday gain. Not pretty, but definitely needed to face the music. We can do this!

I think sometimes I need to do the same - I record the lowest of the low but won't put the 'up' back in ... WHY in the world do I do that? Just a number. Good for you.

I just did the same. It was hard to put the truth in, but need to see it for reality to hit and realize I need to buckle down permanently.

I know how frustrating that is (note my weight chart). Have been reading a book filled with scientific studies proving bodies fight to regain and hold on to weight (so no, it is not just your imagination!). But we can fix this. Let's see just how determined we can be!
