Home from our Christmas vacation yesterday and happy to see that I lost weight while travelling! I was being extra careful since we were eating out so much. You really have to only eat half of your plate when eating in a restaurant - they give you way more than you need as well as using lots of butter and oil to make the food taste good!

Thrilled to have a new year to start with a good attitude! Let's meet our goals in 2014!
163.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
