I keep forgetting I'm not supposed to eat whatever I want. I am very social and always making plans for dinner and parties. I forget that I can't eat without adding it up before! I'm going out for some Christmas cheer again today - and I'm going to put a little forethought into my consumption!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maybe it's not so much 'not eating what you want' but beginning to find a portion control so you can eat whatever you want, just not so much that you regret it later?
