I have been on fat secret since October 2013 and I've not been making the progress I would like to see. I was doing my own diet, however, I've decided to join Calorie Count in order to join a group and possibly get more motivated and mindful. I was in effect trying to do the Calorie Count on my own - but again, I'm looking for some support!

I go for a long walk everyday and I do cafemom 30 min. cardio work out about 5 times a week. Unfortunately I have been gaining weight since I started exercising, however the inches are coming off my waist and I'm getting more muscle tone. I'm hoping the weight gain has just been new muscle from the planks and mountain climbers I've been doing to increase my strength.

My sabotage food is beer - I love India Pale Ales! And I typically indulge in too many a couple times a week. These beers are more packed with calories than a snickers bar! I have no choice to but to have less of them in order to meet my goal!

Keep motivated Self! I'm looking forward to buying new clothes when I reach that goal weight!!
