Haven't weighed for a few days. Ooops what happened? I've been bouncing between 152 and 153 for about a month now, but this morning I was up a bit more :( Feel really bloated. I want to get healthy, so I'm starting over today....again.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I bounce between about 4 pounds before my body decides to readjust. Usually takes a few weeks too. It's frustrating, but slow & steady wins the race :)

I'm struggling right now and I know I've gained, but haven't officially weighed in yet. For me I know the stress is getting to me and that makes it easier to pick up the treats and not exercise. Take it one day at a time and we'll make it through the holidays.
