Starting today, no more than 2 servings starches, the rest of my carbs need to come from more veggies. Lots of veggies. Keeping my calories at a 600-800 cal deficit per day. This is my plan for the next two weeks.

Lost so far: 2.0 lb.
Still to go: 11.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
