December 1st is suddenly here! I went off the rails since hosting Thanksgiving and having been gifted so many deserts and eating my way through our amazing leftovers. With more celebrations coming at the end of the month, I really need to reign myself in and focus on healthy food and reduced portions and reduced alcohol calories in order to curb the damage I just did and expect to do once more in three weeks!
