This is week two at the same weight and its killing me. I need to do something different, but what? I think im too stressed...ugh

Lost so far: 54.0 lb.
Still to go: 14.4 lb.

Let's brainstorm together! I'm in the same boat and still trying. Don't get down! Focus on what you have done. You've lost 54 pounds. Give your body "a month off from weight loss" maybe. Continue what you have done, but instead have a different mentality where you just try to maintain your weight. Thank any weight you lose is an added bonus!
It's ok - don't beat yourself up. It will push you backwards! Plus, you've got to keep upbeat for me! I'm looking up to you :o)

I have been trying different things but my sweet tooth has been getting the best of me...ugh. I will become more upbeat soon, once this cold weather is gone. I really hate winter, it itself give me no motivation to move. I hate it. Plus school has been stresful, I'm in cosmetology school and we have to get 15 services in, in three weeks. They have to be people we know, and anyone I know works durring the day. Just a bad month. I'll be back on track and as long as I'm not gaining I am happy! You are doing great btw!
