Stuck on a really bad plateau!!! Getting very frustrated!!!! I have been jumping between 285 and 290 for 8 straight weeks. I have tried increasing points, decreasing points, working with the calorie count website to analyze my meals. I have decreased the number of times i eat per day, I have increased the number of times i eat per day, increased fluids, included a little fat, stopped weighing myself everyday and went to weighing every 2 weeks. NOTHING HELPS!! Anybody have any ideas.

Are you exercising? Walking might help.

Exercise is key if you haven't started yet. I also noticed that your sodium intake is high. Try decreasing your daily sodium intake to around 2500 mg. Too much sodium can cause water retention and in the long run it can really hurt you. If you are eating around 1800 calories each day, you probably want to cut it back to around 2400 to 2500 mg. Good luck!
