Wondering why my scale is moving in the right direction despite the fact that I've been eating and drinking more calories than my diet allows. Perhaps I'm getting more exercise than I realize. Whatever the reason, I'm happy to see the numbers move down on my scale!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sometimes more food can jump start the metabolism. So many people have said they went out to eat and had a nice drop the next day. Take the loss and keep going.
