SO what a previous 2 weeks I have had. I have been super busy and have had a lot of challenges. Nonetheless, hear I am still focused and doing what I need to do. As I keep saying quitting is not an option. I have been doing great exercising 4 or 5 days out of the week for 20 to 30 minutes and still am working on the eating over my calorie goal of 1500 a day everyday, which mostly involves me controlling my night time eating. That is still a work in progress. But even when I go over a little by 100 or 200 calories, I still feel good about it because I know I have eaten under my BMR and I know that I am doing different than I used to. I don't deny myself anything, I just make sure I can fit whatever it is I want, or I will just have to eat it tomorrow. :)330s I am knocking on your door! ANSWER ME! haha

341.4 lb Lost so far: 64.6 lb.    Still to go: 161.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so good!! I have a challenge myself to make 1200 calories a day, and I'm starting to finally make that!! I am mostly under my BMR and only have gone over once or twice! I have a problem with the night time munchies myself! I've started to wait 20 minutes to see if I am truly hungry, and then I drink a glass or two of water and wait another 20 minutes. If I'm still hungry, I usually just grab a handfull of peanuts, or bacon rinds, and after one or two, I'm satisfied. Then the rest goes back in the jar or bag! Keep on knocking on that door!! Rooting for you and those 330's!!!
