Actually started yesterday. Drank black coffee for breakfast and about 42 oz water. Lunch I had small boneless chicken breast which weighed 100 grams raw and about 2 oz grilled. 1 cup of arugula greens, 1 slice of melba toast, and 1 small apple.
At dinner I had the same food items except I had a small orange and hot herbal tea before bed.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
