I have been following the low carb diet since march 2nd 2013 and have lost 1stone 12ib its been a long hard struggle and last week i decided to change my diet again so have been eating mainly fresh veg and fruit ,seeds and nuts and id lose 1Ib,it was a disappointment to me as thought i would have lost more. i will be trying it again this week but will be more strict with myself as i did have a glass of wine every night and a few other things so at least i know where i went wrong;[ i exercise every day,i walk at least 3/4 hours on monday,wednesday and friday,icicle 2 hours every tuesday and thursday and i swim every day ,60 lengths of a 8 by 4 pool. I find it hard to understand why i don't lose more. any way will let you know how I get on next week .
