I quit smoking on August 31st, started eating uncontrolably & I new that running at the gym would motivate me to not ruin progress by overeating. It's working so far, only problem is my knees are hurting again.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
