I stopped losing weight too, until I cut out the cheese and bacon. I can eat cheese all day and am happy to add it to pretty much everything! I'm not sure if it was the salt and/or the calorie content that was mucking things up for me. But since I omitted it from my diet, the weight is flying off! I plan to add it back a bit at a time. I'll monitor it and see what a good limit is for me. But right now, I'm loving this weight loss :) Hope you find something that works for you soon! You could give this a go and see what happens? Or if you're not into cheese, try cutting back on salt maybe?
