rough weekend with eating... ugh. birthday party, pizza, and now with the super bowl coming up! still eating my greens and grains, but cheating with a few in betweens! not good! hoping to kick it back into gear here! only 4 pounds to my goal weight!!!
109.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

do a search for "low carb super bowl snacks" on google and see TONS of pages! most cheese balls have little to 0 carbs and paired w/ veggies...Mmmm
