Being in the mid 350's has me so happy. I am just going down and looking forward to it every step of this long journey. I can not wait to be in the 340s and I will be there next week if I ..no no...when I keep this up. I now just have to stop being so lazy and incorporate exercise with my low calorie intake. I have a treadmill in my house just calling me everyday. Now, I just have to take the first step...literally and physically.

Have a great day!

That's great! Keep it up. I don't like to exercise either. It has alway been a struggle for me to find the motivation to do it. I can be really good and stick to my calories and eat healthy but exercising is a whole other story.

It only takes one step, followed by another :) Believe me the first step is always the hardest but after that each step does seem to get easier and easier. I don't have a treadmill in the house, but I have a rescue dog that came to our family in January of this year, I always tell people she is my personal trainer. :) Have a great day, keep up the good work.

You are doing fabulous! I am in the same phase. I participated in a 6-week program fitness program to jump start my activity and give me some new exercise tips and tricks. It worked but I'm back in the slump. But what I can say is I have to find something fun to keep me involved and develop a groove for regular activity. Maybe the treadmill is convenient for your circumstance but a dance video might be a fun variety to your workout.
