It's been a struggle, but I'm getting there slowly but surely! I definitely need to drink more water, just to sort of flush my system out. That'll be my own personal challenge this week.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
