I have decided not to record spikes in my weight, unless I really think they are real. By that I mean that I have "fallen off the wagon" and have been overdoing nonhealthy eating for an extended period of time. Otherwise, I know that as long as I continue to do the right things, then that scale is going to move in the right direction. So, finally, today I can record a lower number. Not much, but it is a loss, so I am happy. :)
206.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
