Well you would think that recovering from surgery would shed some pounds, especially not eating fast food, but because I still ate junk food (CHEETOS, etc.) plus not moving a muscle most days, I was lucky to maintain. I hope to start exercising again beginning June 1st. I'm trying to get my eating back under control.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes a little bit of change helps. Have you tried switching to the baked Cheetos. I love Tortilla Chips, but opt for the Baked ones, so they are less of everything!

Thanks for the comment! I felt so sorry for myself after having surgery, I didn't care whether my snacks were healthy, but baked is a great idea.
