Weight gained back from two weeks ago. This week should be the start of better dieting and the start of exercise. Would like to be down to about 205 by Hunter's wedding on Nov. 20.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
