Whoa -- kick ass workout today! I did a hard weights workout, and then my happy helpful spousal unit appeared at the health club just as I finished my workout and suggested I do some treadmill with her. So I did that for another 100 calories, had to beg off, and abandoned her there.
Flatlined on the weight front today. I was less than perfect yesterday and indulged in a bit of dessert, so I'm not surprised at the weight. A small loss at tomorrow's workout would make it a great weekend. Just gotta keep at it!
