Time to be real with myself and start this journey over again...I am 346....and going down.....who's with me?
346.2 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 166.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2407 kcal Fat: 84.82g | Prot: 119.76g | Carb: 284.68g.   Breakfast: Stringsters Reduced Fat Mozzarella String Cheese, pop tart. Lunch: Lunchables Turkey & Cheddar with Crackers. Dinner: clams, Garlic Bulk , Olive Oil Extra Light , Tomatoes Beefsteak ,  grilled chicken breast strips, Light Ranch Buttermilk Dressing, Kraft Cheese Mozzarella Low Moisture Part-Skim Shredded , dole classic romaine, Rosemary Crushed , Cilantro. Snacks/Other: rice krispies treat, AdvantEdge Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge. more...

i'm witchoo girl!.. i'll be starting over myself in about 2 weeks!.. u still lost like 45 lbs! that is still amazing!.. maybe u needed a break.. like i did lol

True...a break...thats what I'll call it... imma start off with a reasonable calorie goal and lower it as I go. Here's to us!

cheers!!... my plan when i go back to all this will be to kinda do a detox... haven't decided if i want to go like my buddy steph with a full on "cleanse" thing.. but if i do it will be right away and then get back to 1200 calories a day... as i get closer to my goal i'll start bringing it up to get to maintenance... i want to start maintenance the right way.. u know?

You can absolutely do it! I'm with you too! I want to get back into journaling my food more and staying on top of things instead of just winging it.
