Oh, no..gained a half pound rather than losing. I got a bit lax this week and had wine a couple of nights; had a dinner roll out at a restaurant, and used some low carb wraps which I"m clearly not ready for. I just can't have more than 20 net carbs, period. Although I'm three months in, I am still on induction!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 25.7 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
