It all started with Valentines Day dinner at El Nopal, but the main issue was MOVING this weekend! I tried to be good Friday, but as the day and weekend moved on, I got worse and worse. Pizza, Chinese, a HEATH BAR, tons of macaroni, Vanilla Wafers, crackers, Subway, and ended with cheese puffs last night, a lot of them. I gained 2.4 pounds in 4 days. I pray that's the end of this splurge and I can get back on track now, we're settled into the house, I'm going to the grocery tonight, I may consider doing the Diet Digest Detox again this weekend to jump start my weightloss again.
