Couldn't believe what the scale read this morning, so I had to weigh twice, lol! Finally I am under than 115 pound mark. Guess all this exercise at work is paying off, woo hoo!

113.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb. Still to go: 3.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 10.5 lb a week
