finally got under 150 bur I haven't been doing well especially with tracking. this week I'm getting back on the tracking wagon. this weight loss is too important for me to give up now or ever.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
