First week on the BEACH and doing pretty well! I'm not doing the phase 1, but more of a 1 1/2. With everything going on around here and vacations and such, it's just too hard to prepare and cook like a need to for a full out phase 1. Hopefully making good choices will keep me on a steady weight loss. Feeling good doing it this way too. I always got so tired doing phase 1.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you are doing wonderful! 1.5 lbs gone in one week is fantastic! I understand about phase 1 but I think doing phase 2 or a modified to fit your needs phase 2 sounds perfect. It has to work for you and it obviously is working! Great job!

I like phase 1.5 better than 1 too! I think I'm doing phase 3.5 right now. It doesn't work too well. ;) Keep up the good work and you'll be back down in no time.

I agree.. the 1.5 is a wonderful thing and seems to be working. No one knows better than you what your body needs and responds to. I really think thats what South beach is all about, isn't it! Good job
