11:00 am two cups of Bigelow Tea Pomegranate Pizzazz
12:00 pm 2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast, 2 oz poartabella mushroom
7 PM 1/2 grapefruit, 1 Tablespoon Nutritional yeast
9 PM 6-8 oz turkey didn't measure guessing, coffee with a creamer speedway :(
10 PM 3 oz turkey Gallon of water today.
