This week I had a message from my doctor to come in and review my lab tests. I went in Thursday at noon and found out my Thyroid levels are low. I got my perscription filled and started on Friday. She said it can be controlled by drugs. It could be the reason I've put on the weight. It can take 4-6 weeks to see a change. I have a requisition to repeat the lab work in 6 weeks.
This week I ate fairly good but the exercise was lacking. That's my goal for next week. Last week I wanted to increase my water intake. That happened and I should be able to continue.
