Tired, not as active, not enough sleep. Knocked in the head by ceiling fan ouch! Only drank one gallon of water with lemon. Had a 6" sub on wheat,only black olives and grilled chicken from Speedway. This is junk to me. I know a lot of people consider it a healthy choice. But I didn't make the bread, and the grilled chicken was probably processed. Not absolute total junk just junk. Getting in the sit-ups, tread mill, stationary bike. Dance a few. Retire for a rest. Thank you again for the day Lord, all you have done for me. All you died for. What is important to me is not anything money can buy.
