Started with Cincinnati trip November 11. Couldn't get back on track for shit. Swore to GOD last night that today would be DAY #1 of Healthy eating habits, came to work, and there's damn cookies.
204.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Lol, this is such a hard time of year for treats. My office every year for the month of December, has lunches every day. So everyone picks a day, and everyday that person brings in lunch for the whole office. The whole kitachen table is covered in so much food. Today is sandwhiches and salads (not a green salad but the one filled with calories and high carb counts) Theres chips and cake. I really dont like the idea of this I think its a over kill, and not only that who can afford to cook for your entire office when you have mouths to feed at home. But Im staying out of the kitchen and just brought my own stuff. Hopefully I have the will power for the whole damm month to stay away from the bad stuff. lol But I wish you luck, you can do it.
