No exercise yesterday. Our daughters and grandson came over last night to have pizza with us. In our small town, the local pub has homemade pizza on Tuesday nights. Glad it's not available everynight of the week! I didn't overdo the pizza - my grandson was having his "crabby" time of the day so it was nice to stand and bounce him and get away from the table! My husband has a drs appt this morning so he gave me a ride into work - I brought my bike and will ride home. It is about a 24 mile trip but I'm thinking of taking the long way home to get in some extra miles - can't wait!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm still hopeful I can get my son's bike (he doesn't use it!) and get some short rides in...since I don't have my Harley anymore...a bicycle may just have to do...Good job on getting the scales shifted back into the right direction...!! thank you also for your comments on my journal...hugggggies
