Brand New week and ready for an absolutely great week again. Have decided to only get cobb salads once a week. That is a challenge to myself so I am not sure how that will go, but so far so good. I kinda want one tonight, but really should wait until Friday. Anyway...I am hoping to be at 330 by Friday, so lets get a move on!
332.6 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 152.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
