I feel like I have made it past my plataue. I'm starting to see weight loss's daily if not every other day depending on what I eat. I have been really tired in the afternoons though and not sure if its due to the new diet or the fact we are hitting 100 degrees here everyday :\

301.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
