Succumbed to the sugar cravings yesterday :(, but ready to restart the fight today. Got into the pretzel crisps (chocolate. of course) that I "bought for my boys while they're home from college", & didn't finish until they were finished... which of course finished off any hope of staying in my RDI. And of course, yesterday's misstep aggravated my acid reflux so little sleep last night again. Anyway, fresh start today (nap later) & trying not to beat myself up & move forward -- especially because fast forward to tonight & my firstborn comes home! Workout & tennis today then grocery shopping for the Thanksgiving feast.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
